If you have a current subscription and your kit is malfunctioning, we will replace it with a new or refurbished kt at no charge. Please check for any error message remedies here first and test your cables here. If they do not solve your issue, fill out the form below. You will receive an email with instructions to return your kit. Use the packaging materials that come with your replacement.
